Huron Park

May 12 Today we are with Return Ministries in Huron Park, near London, Ontario. We have had a lovely day getting to know people and traveling to an amazing farm for a tour. Many people have asked us how we are able/have decided to travel to Israel as a family. Well, it began with small seeds planted by Kim’s mom and her love for Israel and the Jewish people. Then a “watering” came a couple of years ago Dean Bye the founder of Return Ministries came to Lac La Biche and spoke at our church. His message really stirred our hearts with the value of Christians traveling to the Holy Land and learning the equivalent of years of Bible School training through hands-on experience. Next a bit of sun: God gave Dan a job during the last 2 years that allowed us to save money for this adventure. Finally the sprout: We received an email regarding a unique opportunity to join a filming tour to capture Israel accurately (without media hype). The idea captured us!
